    We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

    Payments only begin once you have earned more than $ 20 in affiliate income. If your affiliate account never exceeds the $ 20 threshold, your commissions will not be realized or paid. We are only responsible for paying bills that have exceeded the R $ 20 limit.

Your responsibilities

Limitations of Liability

Disclaimers

    We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement or any implied warranties arising out of a performance, negotiation or Trade course). Independent Research

Arbitration

    Any transactions or activities under this Agreement or your relationship with the Company or any of our affiliates will be subject to confidential arbitration, except that to the extent that you in any way, violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may request an action injunctive relief or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court (and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of such courts) or any other court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration award will be binding and may be registered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement will be associated with an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through a class arbitration procedure or otherwise.

Several

    This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Brazil, without reference to rules governing the choice of laws. You may not assign this Agreement, by law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to this restriction, this Agreement will be binding, for the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce strict compliance with any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

    The failure of the Aneda Tintas online store to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and the Aneda Tintas online store and govern your use of the Service, replacing any prior agreements between you and the Aneda Tintas online store (including, but not limited to) any previous versions of the Terms of Service.
