Exchanges and returns policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Based on the Consumer Protection Code, which establishes the following criteria and processes for exchanging and returning products.


Exchange and Return Policy

    Before finalizing your order, pay attention to the items below:

  1. Product description and technical sheet;
  2. Color of the product (some products have colors and the photo on the website is merely illustrative, and variation may occur);
  3. Product dimensions, weights and quantities.

    Upon receipt, if you notice any of the situations below:

  1. Product damaged in transport;
  2. Violated packaging;
  3. Missing accessories or items;
  4. Product in disagreement with the order;
  5. Missing invoice or discrepancy between the invoice description and the product received.

Right of Repentance

    According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, in purchases made outside the commercial establishment, the consumer has up to 7 (seven) consecutive days to regret the purchase and notify the supplier of the withdrawal.

    Requests to withdraw from the purchase will be accepted provided that:

  1. Request is made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, by clicking here, or through the Service Center (11) 4978-2205, [email protected];
  2. The merchandise is returned to one of our physical stores in its original packaging (internal and external) not violated or opened, without the product having been used, accompanied by manual and accessories if any;
  3. All personalized material, such as colors of paints prepared in a machine, will not be accepted for exchanges for reasons of withdrawal.

    IMPORTANT

    If the above requirements are not met, the store will not be obliged to accept the withdrawal from the purchase, without refund of values and the entire return process will be canceled.

    The right of regret leads to withdrawal of the purchase, so just as the consumer is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, the supplier has the right to receive the product intact, in conditions to be sold again, with no indication of use or damage product, its components or its packaging.



Breakdown

    The products are sent to the customer exactly as they were delivered by the manufacturer. If the product is damaged during transport, contact the Customer Service (11) 4978-2205 or [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.

    ATTENTION

    Aneda Tintas is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. In this case, the carrier will be called for the necessary measures.



Defective product

    Aneda Tintas does not provide warranty for any of the products sold, the warranty is provided by the product manufacturer.

    If the product is defective within the warranty period, follow the procedures below:

  1. For products that the manufacturer has technical assistance, contact the manufacturer or the technical assistance informed on the product;
  2. For products that the manufacturer does not have technical assistance, contact our Customer Service (11) 4978-2205 or [email protected].



Other reasons for exchange or return

    Refuse to receive the goods and immediately inform our Call Center (11) 4978-2205 or [email protected] in the following cases:

  1. If any irregularity occurs at the time of delivery.
  2. In case of non-physical integrity of the product and / or packaging violation.

    If the product has been received, follow the procedures indicated above for withdrawal, paying attention to the period of 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt.



Reimbursement of values

    The amount paid by the customer on the product will be returned according to the payment method used in the purchase, as explained below, and provided that the other conditions applicable to the case described in this policy are observed.

    * NOTE: Freight charges paid will not be refunded, for cancellation of purchase and the products have already been dispatched!

    In case of payment by Credit Card:

  • The reversal can only be made in the full amount of the transaction and can occur according to the number of installments chosen for the purchase. This procedure is the responsibility of the administrator of the card used.

            In the case of partial return of the order, a discount coupon will be available in the amount of the refund for future purchases.

  • In the case of payment with Boleto Bancário or online debit
  • The return of the amounts will be made by bank transfer to the current account held by the client, and must be made within 10 (ten) working days of the return date. If the customer does not hold a current account, the Customer Service will agree with the customer how the return will be made. It will not be granted credit to third parties.

    ATTENTION: If any product was shipped in error or exchanged in relation to the order, return it after notifying us by the Customer Service (11) 4978-2205 or [email protected].

    IMPORTANT: If the above requirements are not met, the store will not be obliged to accept the cancellation of the purchase, without refund of values ​​and the entire return process will be canceled.
